24-Hour Cancellation Policy

All appointments are reserved exclusively for one client at a time. If you must cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables the time slot to be offered to another client. Your cooperation and understanding are sincerely appreciated.

Free Repairs
• Lifting, chipping, cracking, or broken nails within 7 days of your appointment are fixed at no cost. Please note: “This guarantee does not apply to regular polish.”
Color & Design
• No changes allowed after service is complete. Please let me know if you’d like a different color or design before I finish; if not, the full price will be charged.
During Your Service
• Speak up right away: You are responsible for choosing your color. If you are dissatisfied, please inform me before the service is completed. "A new appointment may be necessary if there are time constraints."
After Your Service
• Leaving and returning for a color change means paying full price for a new manicure, pedicure, or polish change.
Important Considerations
• Gel vs. regular polish: Changing gel polish requires special removal, may take longer, and could cost extra.
Mutual Respect
All interactions must be respectful and professional. Disrespectful behaviors such as shouting, abusive
language, threats, obscenities, demeaning comments, or bullying—will not be tolerated.
Consent & Waiver
New clients are required to fill out consent forms and waivers before the session begins. This process clarifies boundaries, outlines potential risks, and sets expectations.
